ABOUT US
PozzLab was born as a laboratory of
3D printing for the realization of functional prototypes
but also common objects such as knick-knacks, key rings, accessories or pendants.
The passion for the world of 3D modeling has pushed us a life challenge to this startup that sets itself as a goal of success with the highest quality the customer's requests.
3D PRINTING
3D printing, more precisely rapid prototyping, is a technology that has been very successful in recent years.
It allows to realize three-dimensional objects, mainly of plastic material, starting from a CAD drawing.
In PozzLab we use FDM (fused deposition modeling) technology; it consists in melting a plastic filament by means of an extruder which considerably reduces the diameter and deposits it, according to the CAD project, in overlapping layers that lead to the realization of the 3D model.
THE PRINTER
We use Flashforge Creator Pro printer.

Thanks to its double extruder it allows us to print simultaneously with two colors or with two different materials for the realization of a single object.
For example, you can print a flexible bracelet with a rigid material closure.

If you have a project in mind that you want to create but do not think you can design it with a CAD program, do not worry, we'll do it for you!
In fact, PozzLab also offers the CAD design service; we can help you conceive the piece and print it in 3D.
3D PRINTING
If you have already designed your CAD project you just have to send it to us and we will print it with the colors and materials you prefer.
